Michael Fuller (49) Chairman CA(SA), MBA (UCT) - Appointed 19/12/02. Formerly a regional director of Ernst & Young's management consulting practice and the financial director of the Cape Town 2004 Olympic bid. Michael was appointed chief executive of The Laser Group Ltd in April 2000.
Philip Hayes (48) CEO CA(SA) - Appointed 1/04/03. Appointed CFO of The Laser Group Ltd in November 2000. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he spent more than 10 years in general management positions in the corporate sector. He has been a director of a number of public companies and was previously Group CFO.
Michele (Mike) Andrea Fanucchi (43). - Appointed 1/08/07. Mike was formerly a board member of Imperial Logistics, formally as Marketing and Development Director and then Director responsible for the Transport and Warehousing Division
Ivor Keppler (56). Appointed 1/04/03. Ivor started Time Freight in 1984 after working for Safcor, Inter City Express for five years as General Manager. Ivor was the previous Chief Executive Officer of Time Freight and is now the Non-executive Chairman of the division.
Etienne van Ravesteyn (49), B Com. - Appointed 3/03/06. Etienne has been with Time Freight since 1991 and in the express distribution industry for 21 years. He was previously the Finance Director of Time Freight and is now the CEO of the division.
